ABOUT ME
LaWanda Peters, the mother of two beautiful children, Kevin and Ashley, is a native of Dawson, Georgia. She has experienced the mountain tops and valleys of a remarkable life with many more dynamic chapters in store. Her journey is one that simply demonstrates the presence and favor of a higher power.
Having experienced many swift transitions in life, such as: divorce, homelessness, broken relationships, low self-esteem, rejection, abandonment, and physical abuse, she has emerged a powerful woman who flawlessly and effortlessly operates in the capacities of ministry, entrepreneurship, and is climbing the ranks as a best-selling author with four books under her belt.
Apostle LaWanda Peters is the founder of a trailblazing women’s organization, Gathering of the Girls. She is also the owner of LYP Service, a boutique that represents class and excellence. She serves in ministry as the Overseer and Pastor of Faith & Deliverance Prophetic Ministries, Inc. in Dawson, GA. She has been a guest on several TV programs, TBN, TV57 and has been featured in several articles.
In 2015, she was awarded the Black Essence Award for being a great leader in the community & her dedicated service in ministry, in 2016, she was honored by Sheen Magazine’s, I Love My Pastor, and in 2017 honored to be the Face Of A Survivor recipient by No Longer The Face Foundation. Apostle Peters travels the world extensively with the objective to encourage, inspire, and impact the lives of those she comes in contact with. She is also an Author, Motivational Speaker, Spiritual Life Coach, and Mentor.

Apostle believes very strongly in the power of healing and deliverance, and God uses her mightily in those areas. She's healed several infirmities and is known to operate as the Actor from the Green Mile. She's very passionate about her assignment, and takes the word at face value, "Greater works shall we do than what our Father did."
domestic violence
Apostle was delivered from an abusive marriage where she suffered a broken nose, foot, ruptured vessels in her lip, and almost lost her child at five months. This woman of God is extremely passionate about domestic abuse. God uses her to share her life changing testimony to help others come out and be free.

Known for her "Reckless Faith", this Woman of God TRULY knows what it is to HAVE to Trust God. She's been in ministry 19 years as a Pastor. She has no set salary and travels 3 hours, one way, to pastor at her family based church. Apostle is the true meaning of WALKING BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT. Many testimonies follow her ministry in the areas of healing, deliverance, and faith.
As an International Prophet, Apostle has been known to speak prophetically concerning the government, celebrities, global situations, and more. She's known by many as "The Lion Heart Prophet", because she's not afraid to boldly say what the Lord is speaking. She's known for her accuracy and keen sensitivity. Many seek her out for her gift of prophecy.

Apostle has endured losing three successful businesses, failed marriages at an early age, all while raising two kids as a single parent. After having it all and losing it, she knows what it is to have lost and recover it all. She often says, "It's not until you have gone through the fire and come out that you can minister to others with power that yields true healing and deliverance."

Apostle Peters ministers to the youth with love and compassion. Many young ladies, as well as gentlemen, seek her out for guidance, counsel, and/or direction. Her realness, transparency, and willingness to love on them while giving them hard truth, reaches them in a way that's unique.
